I'm a Cimtronics customer, what does this mean for me?

If you are a CAMWorks customer of Cimtronics, GoEngineer will honor all annual support/maintenance agreements previously placed and paid for with Cimtronics and GoEngineer will become your complete support provider.

GoEngineer brings a new toll-free technical support hotline staffed with fully certified CAMWorks Support Technicians and available for 11 continuous hours throughout the business day beginning at 7:00 a.m. Mountain Time. GoEngineer’s hotline serves customers during standard business hours, across the Central, Mountain & Pacific time zones.

In addition, GoEngineer operates 12 additional training/support centers located throughout the Western U.S. for use by your remote employees, contractors, partners, or other divisions of your company. GoEngineer will begin working with you to update your accounting and contact records with us to reflect the new name and tax information.

GoEngineer is headquartered in Salt Lake City, Utah, where it maintains a full-service office and call center providing expanded hours of toll-free, centralized technical support and customer service to all customers. GoEngineer maintains full-service branch offices and certified training centers throughout California, Utah, Idaho, Texas, Oklahoma, Arkansas, Louisiana, and Arizona. GoEngineer has a PLM group headquartered in Denver, Colorado, and serves customers throughout North America.

How many employees does GoEngineer have prior to the acquisition?

Approximately 170 employees, including over 50 certified technical, product, and industry experts.

Where will I call for technical support?

You can continue to call the same numbers you currently use for any CAMWorks product support, (480) 941-4148 Ext: 4 or email support@cimtronics.com. You will also be able to call GoEngineer’s toll-free hotline, (888) 559-6167, which is available from 7:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m. MT or email support@goengineer.com.

Will I still be served by the same branch and staff I am used to?

You will be served at a GoEngineer branch in Scottsdale, Arizona, with access to the same CAMWorks team you are currently working with.  And, you will also have additional resources available to you, at your discretion.
