As we approach the end of the year, it is a great time to set yourself up for a productive 2014. Whether you look at it as a jump-start on your New Year’s resolutions or giving yourself a few extra weeks to meet your yearly goals, it can’t hurt to start early!
For many of us, the New Year represents a time to take on new responsibilities or strengthen our skill set. If you are a SolidWorks user considering stepping into the CAM world, or a CAMWorks user looking for some tips and tricks, we have two upcoming webinars to help you get ahead of your goals.
CAMWorks 101 (Nov. 19 @ 11AM PT) will be an hour-long introductory look at CAMWorks. Designed to appeal to prospective and new users, this webinar will walk through the basic workflow and capabilities of CAMWorks, including the first look at their new true g-code machine simulator. SolidWorks parts will be programmed to cut using lathes, mills, and mill-turn machines.
In CAMWorks 201 (Dec. 3 @ 11AM PT) we will discuss tips and tricks for more experienced users. If you haven’t taken full advantage of the TechDB, setup custom strategies, or created custom tools this is the show for you. We will also reach into our technical support archives to address some of the most commonly asked questions.
As always, these shows will be live and we’re open to questions and comments throughout. See you there!
