Interested in the next aerospace technology breakthrough?

Chances are the experts will be attending this year’s Space Tech & Aerospace Expo in Pasadena, CA, from May 24-26 and will be talking about what’s next for flight and the final frontier.

Space-Tech-Expo-Design-Build-Test-Pasadena-CaliforniaDuring the event, SOLIDWORKS and Dassault Systèmes experts will be onsite to discuss how aerospace and defense organizations have used our design software to bring their products from concept to launch – quite literally in this case. Stop by booth 4019 to meet with our technical team to learn more about industry-specific solutions and see how electrical and mechanical design can work in concert with SOLIDWORKS Electrical.

In addition to thought-provoking technical discussions, you can experience live demos showing everything from Printed-Circuit Board (PCB) design to Computational Fluid Dynamics (CFD) and enjoy popcorn while you learn. During exhibition hours, we’re also raffling off noise-reducing studio headphones that are perfect in the air or in your office. So we’ll teach you, feed you and give you a chance to score some swag.

Finally, for those interested in learning more about electrical system design, Louis Feinstein, SOLIDWORKS Product Portfolio Manager for Electrical and PCB, is presenting on the topic in the Aerospace Testing theater room #7022 in Expo Halls A/B. This presentation will address challenges stemming from the combination of reduced product development lead time and more complex design requirements. Lou’s presentation will provide details including:

  • An overview of 3D design technologies for Electronic, Electrical, and Mechanical Systems
  • Implementing multi-discipline collaboration between design teams to maximize electro-mechanical product development
  • How to minimize cost and maximize efficiency while increasing product quality through the use of commercial design software
