Get unmatched versatility with a range of material properties from rubber to rigid, transparent to opaque, neutral to vibrantly colored and standard to biocompatible. For jobs that require a range of mechanical, optical or thermal properties, only Connex3 lets you combine up to three base resins in pre-set configurations to produce up to 82 materials in a single build.

3D print jigs, fixtures and tooling – even short run injection molds, blow molds and sandcasting patterns – to exacting specifications with 16-micron layer thickness and smooth surfaces right off the print tray. Create ergonomic, multi-material tools with non-slip grips, rubberized product-facing surfaces, crisp print and color coding directly from the digital file.   • Digital ABS in the Mix: For tough, ergonomic tooling, only the Objet500 Connex3 lets you blend the strongest PolyJet photopolymer, Digital ABS, with Rubber-like Material to produce a range of Shore A values with great durability.

Connex3 Color Palettes

Connex 3 produces a range of rigid and flexible color materials color by mixing three base resins in specific concentrations and microstructures. Each model or mixed tray can include the full range of colors and properties available in the palette you select.
