Choose your resin, build styles, laser power and beam size adjustments. Open-source material capability offers the option to use DSM Somos resins or any 355nm resin. This flexibility allows you to tailor the V650 to your specific stereolithography needs.

Precise

The V650 Flex’s 0.0000625” Z resolution and 0.0005” X-Y resolution yields parts with exceptionally smooth surfaces and precise details.

Efficient

The V650 supplies over five cubic feet of build capacity within a space-efficient 77 square feet operational footprint. Smart power controls provide uninterrupted print capacity during unexpected power outages.

The V650 Flex’s adjustable beam spot sizes – 0.005” to 0.03” – enhance control, detail, smoothness and accuracy. And to maximize productivity, this production-based machine provides a large VAT for maximum output (build volume 20”W x 20”D x 23”H) and interchangeable VATs.

An antimony-free stereolithography material
specifically designed to improve the repeatability and quality of 3D printed casting
patterns.

Ideal for tough, complex parts, Somos NeXt is almost indistinguishable from finished traditional thermoplastics resulting in time, money and material savings during product development.

Somos PerFORM

Produces strong, stiff, high temperature resistant composite parts that are ideal for tooling and wind tunnel testing applications, as well as rapid tooling for injection molding.

A clear solution that can be used for a variety of applications – from highly-detailed parts with superior clarity and water resistance, to durable and functional testing.
