Questions and answers related to acquisitions:

I have recently purchased Parts and Software Coverage from Tekpro. Who will service my machine, and is there an additional cost?

GoEngineer and Tekpro teams will continue providing parts and software coverage, service and support for all existing Tekpro customers, so you’ll have a seamless transition. If you are currently covered, there is no additional cost. You can continue to work with your same Stratasys support personnel, and will have many new support resources available to you.

Who will I purchase consumables from?

GoEngineer has web based purchasing of consumables, and will retain the Fontana location where product is currently inventoried. For immediate material needs, call: 855.470-0647.

I want to purchase additional Stratasys equipment, who do I work with?

You can continue to work with your same Stratasys representative.

GoEngineer brings a new toll-free technical support hotline staffed with fully certified Stratasys Support Technicians and available for 11 continuous hours throughout the business day beginning at 7:00 a.m. Mountain Time. GoEngineer’s hotline serves customers during standard business hours, across the Central, Mountain & Pacific time zones.

How many employees does GoEngineer have prior to the acquisition?

Approximately 175 employees, including over 50 certified technical, product, and industry experts.

You can continue to call the same numbers you currently use for any Stratasys product support, 855.,470.0647. You will also be able to call GoEngineer’s toll-free hotline, 888. 559.6167, which is available from 7:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m. MT or e-mail rpsupport@goengineer.com. 

Will I still be served by the same branch and staff I am used to?

You will be served at a GoEngineer branch in Fontana, California, with access to the same Stratasys team you are currently working with.  You will also have many additional resources and locations available to you throughout Southern California and the Western U.S.
