SOLIDWORKS Electrical Schematics Tutorial - Multiwires Expanding and Compressing

This video is on how to quickly draw either Multiwire or Single Wires to expand or compress the spacing between each of the wires. There are many times on a Multiwire schematic that items either get in the way or there is not enough room on the sheet to be able to get what you are trying to draw out. The basics are using the ‘Draw non ortho’ command after dropping in your first wire. This allows you to create wires that are tight together or spaced out so other connections can be made. It does take a little bit of getting use to the picks and clicks of this process but as you will see in the video, “Top” “Bottom” is a good way to remember the pick order.
