This video details the use of locations in SOLIDWORKS Electrical to realize the physical locations of your components as they will be made in the real world electrical system bringing an extra level of intelligence into your design. The organizational function of locations as used in the creation of 2D cabinet layouts and SOLIDWORKS assemblies using the SOLIDWORKS Electrical 3D add-in are shown and each drawing or assembly is individually generated based on the created locations within the project.
