This video gives two methods to discover all files checked out on a computer – regardless of who checked them out. This is necessary when a local vault view is being deleted. If a computer is shared by multiple users, it can be tedious to discover who has used the computer and what files they have checked out. The “Complete Search” method can be used in both SOLIDWORKS PDM Professional and SOLIDWORKS PDM Standard. The method of using the “Report Generator” can only by used by PDM Professional. Both methods are demonstrated in this video.
