A minimum of 2 registered students is required to hold a class. Classes with fewer than 2 students are subject to cancellation.
Classes are canceled the week prior to the start date. Students registered in canceled classes will be contacted and offered available options to reschedule.
All training seats are available to use within 12 months from purchase. Seats expire 12 months from purchase date.
Yes! All students who complete a GoEngineer SOLIDWORKS, CATIA, Abaqus, CST Studio Suite, Isight, fe-safe, or 3DEXPERIENCE training course will receive an official Certificate of Completion.
The certificate will be emailed to you within 1 week of completion. Also, you may access your certificate in the GoEngineer Customer Portal, via the training tab under 'My Records'.
Your access to the self-paced course is available after you receive confirmation from the training administration team.
After you press "play" on the course, you have 30 days to complete it. A countdown of remaining days is displayed in the bottom left corner of the course.
Absolutely! To pause your self-paced course, press the 3 vertical dots in the upper-right corner of the course. No additional days will be removed while the course is paused, however 1 day is removed from the count regardless of how long the course has been paused.
A 10-day extension can be requested through the GoEngineer Customer Portal up to 1 day remaining. To request an extension after your course has expired, please reach out to training@goengineer.com.
Yes, you can schedule "office hours" with our technical experts to discuss topics from the class or access on-demand support during normal business hours. Many courses also have the added feature of joining a live lecture session focused on selected topics in the course.
