3DEXPERIENCE has two easy ways to upload existing SOLIDWORKS files into a 3DEXPERIENCE cloud tenant. Both solutions do only the latest version of the file, so you won’t have version history for the initially migrated data. Instead, you’ll have every file set as the system’s initial revision, typically A. The two upload methods are: Bulk load tool and EDAT FTK (file-based transfer). The processes have some similarities in what they do and how they do it, but there are some important differences between them.
In this article, I show how I used the 3DEXPERIENCE Platform to track my progress and manage my race plan. I wanted to use the 3DEXPERIENCE Platform to visualize my training and race preparation not because I needed some sort tool to do so, but because I wondered if the 3DEXPERIENCE Platform had the flexibility to provide similar visualization to my training and if it could show me new data in different ways.
3DEXPERIENCE World 2023 in Nashville was a success! It was quite a week for education, networking, and getting to (3D)EXPERIENCE the power of the Platform in the Partner Pavilion. Our very own Nick Sweeney recaps the latest news and updates from this years conference.
One of the biggest (and most common) challenges companies face is properly managing data and information. Whether it's siloed information or simply not knowing where to look, a reliable and secure data management process is essential. 3DEXPERIENCE 2023x is officially out and includes many data management improvements, including new tools, dashboards, and more.
Blocks are commonly reused pieces of geometry in your 2D drawings. By creating them in DraftSight, you can speed up your workflow and standardize how you create drawings. In this blog, we'll go over how to insert a block into an electrical symbol block into our latest schematic drawing.
