Material Description
P3™ MED Silicone 25A is a soft, highly elastic, biocompatible silicone material designed for producing flexible, detailed parts with complex geometries. With over 800% elongation at break and high tear resistance, it delivers the flexibility and durability needed for demanding medical applications. Its soft, silicone-like properties and precision enables accurate production of thin walls, intricate details, and internal features, making it well suited for patient-specific medical devices, anatomical models, surgical training aids, and other customized healthcare components. By enabling direct silicone production without traditional tooling, the material supports faster design iterations and efficient production of customized and low-volume parts.
