Artec Neo

Wireless Freedom Meets Metrology-Grade Accuracy

Precision Scanning. Flexible Workflows. Reliable Results.

The Artec Neo is a hybrid handheld scanner built for accuracy-driven engineering and inspection applications. Combining target-based and target-free scanning capabilities, the Neo allows you to capture precise measurements where tolerances matter and quickly document surrounding surfaces without extensive preparation. With up to 0.025 mm accuracy, 0.05 mm resolution, and full-color texture capture, Artec Neo delivers detailed 3D data for reverse engineering, dimensional inspection, and product development. Its wireless operation also provides the flexibility to scan in locations where traditional tethered equipment may be difficult to use.

A Windows 11 computer with a 13th or 14th Gen Intel Core i7 or i9 processor and an NVIDIA RTX 4070 GPU with 8 GB of memory is recommended. A compatible, high-performance workstation helps support smooth scanning and efficient 3D data processing.
Yes. Artec Neo features 5 MP texture resolution and 24-bit color depth, allowing users to capture full-color surface information alongside 3D geometry. This can be useful for documenting markings, visual surface characteristics, and part condition.
This scanner uses reference targets to support accurate tracking across larger scanning areas. Its specified volumetric accuracy with targets is 0.025 mm + 0.035 mm/m, helping maintain measurement consistency as scanning coverage increases. Proper target placement and scanning technique remain important for achieving the intended results.

Absolutely! Artec Neo can capture complex geometry, including deep recesses, channels, and hard-to-reach areas. Like other structured-light scanners, highly reflective, very dark, transparent, or translucent surfaces may require additional preparation. Adjusting the scanning angle and distance or applying a suitable scanning spray can help improve results on challenging surfaces.
