Equipped with a flexible, magnetic build plate measuring 330 x 240 mm, the Factor 4+ provides the ultimate user experience with a specialized PEI coating for effortless, quick part removal. Driven by the revolutionary Cheetah motion planner, the Factor 4+ removes abrupt velocity changes to double print speed without compromising precision. Its exceptional dimensional accuracy remains verified within ±0.2 mm or ±0.2% feature nominal length across the entire build volume, allowing you to confidently leverage rapid dual extrusion for multi-material components and high-performance composites like PPS-CF.
The automated material handling system seamlessly manages your spools, eliminating the need for manual intervention during active print jobs. Drop spools directly into the front-loading Material Station, where integrated NFC sensors automatically recognize and track material levels. The internal chamber is strictly insulated to maintain a relative humidity of less than 15% across all operational environemnts, keeping up to 6 kilograms of filament in pristine, dry conditions for uninterrupted, 24/7 production cycles.
UltiMaker Cure and Digital Facotry work in harmony with the Factor 4+ to provide an industry-leading, secure workflow that rapidly slices native CAD files using pre-tuned profiles optimized for the high-speed AA+ and CC+ print cores. To take quality assurance to true production levels, the integrated UltiMaker TRACE software continuously monitors critical build metrics during operation, automatically generating a comprehensive CAD-validation report immediatly upon print completion. Combined with an onboard live HD camera feed, secure data encryption, and offline printing support, managing a fleet of mission-critical prints has never been easier or more reliable.
