SOLIDWORKS Tutorial - How to Save Decals, Colors, and Textures in a 3MF File for 3D Printing

This SOLIDWORKS Tutorial shows off how to prepare a SOLIDWORKS model for full color 3D Printing, such as with the Stratasys line of Polyjet printers. With recent updates to the GrabCAD slicing software, it is now possible use implement colors, textures, and decals into a 3D model using the newly supported 3MF file format. However, SOLIDWORKS is not able to export out Decals and Colors natively into 3MF, so this tutorial goes over some methods on how to fix that by using Paint3D, a native Windows 10 application as well as the pros and cons of this methodology when preparing a SOLIDWORKS model for full-color 3D printing.
