We are pleased to announce Valley CAD has joined the GoEngineer family as of July 6th, 2022. Our joint vision is to continue serving you in the local and personal way you have come to expect. We are very pleased with this agreement between Valley CAD and GoEngineer.
The resources of GoEngineer will fully enable us to continue to support your product, service, and support needs for all Valley CAD customers. GoEngineer brings a new toll-free technical support hotline staffed with fully certified SOLIDWORKS Support Technicians and available for 12 continuous hours throughout the business day beginning at 8:00 a.m. Eastern Time. GoEngineer’s hotline serves customers during standard business hours, across the Pacific, Mountain, Central, and Eastern time zones.
