Stratays PureLight Cure Box for Advanced UV Curing for Superior PolyJet Results

Advanced UV Curing for Superior PolyJet Results

The ProLight Cure Box delivers precise post-processing with a 450 nm LED light source and controlled chamber heating up to 80° C. This combination ensures consistent, reliable curing that enhances mechanical strength, clarity, and long-term durability across a wide range of PolyJet materials.

Optimized for Tough, Clear, and Dental-Grade Materials

Engineered to support advanced resins such as ToughONE, TrueDent, Vero, and Agilus, the ProLight Cure Box elevates the performance and appearance of functional prototypes, transparent components, dental appliances, and larger-scale printed parts. Its controlled photobleaching process provides the finish and quality required for professional production environments.

Stratasys ProLight Cure Box for PolyJet and Dental Materials

  • Rotating turntable for uniform, consistent results

  • Simple touchscreen controls with preset curing recipes

  • Large chamber for bigger or complex PolyJet parts

  • Safety interlock that stops curing when the door opens

 Dental Materials for Any Application

Stratasys printers are scaled to meet diverse needs in capability and production capacity for dental labs. Take advantage of a range of dental materials, including certified biocompatible materials that empower cost effective interventions, and enhanced patient outcomes.

Stratasys ToughONE PolyJet material

toughone

A durable PolyJet material that combines high impact strength with excellent detail and surface finish. Ideal for functional prototypes, snap-fit parts, and production applications where toughness and precision are essential.

Recommended Printers:

Stratasys Vero PolyJet Material

vero

A versatile, rigid PolyJet photopolymer optimized for accurate, multi-color 3D printing. It delivers strong detail resolution, stiffness, and smooth finish, making it ideal for realistic prototypes, assemblies, tooling, and concept models in a wide color gamut.

Recommended Printers:

Stratasys Truedent PolyJet Material

truedent

An FDA-cleared PolyJet resin that allows dental labs to print highly aesthetic, full-color dentures monolithically. This single-print solution eliminates assembly while delivering exceptional strength, wear resistance, and accurate fit for permanent appliances.

Recommended Printers:

Stratasys Agilus30 color PolyJet Material

agilus30

A flexible, rubber‑like PolyJet photopolymer that stands out for tear resistance and repeated flexing. It simulates the look, feel and function of rubber, and is ideal for soft-touch parts, overmolds, seals, hinges and other flexible prototypes.

Recommended Printers:

Parts 3D printed using photopolymer resins need one additional cure to ensure all of the resin has been cured for safe handling.
No, the W7500-C is fully automatic and will shut down after six hours or when Disposable Tube is fully printed, whichever comes first. In the event of facility power failure, the machine will automatically shut down.
The zero-cost plastic is ideal for CNC mills and lathes to generate machined prototypes, jigs and fixtures, or simply to prove a new program which saves potential waste of expensive end-use materials. All printed plastic from the W7500-C is safe for disposal as standard household waste.
The printer comes with built-in carbon filtration; however, it is intended to be used in a well-ventilated warehouse or factory environment. To connect the W7500-C to facility exhaust, please contact Onulis for more information regarding an exhaust adaptor.
The W7500-C is compatible with PolyJet, Stereolithography, and DLP waste resins. The Vat – Standard is currently released for use with PolyJet. Contact Onulis for information regarding stereolithographyand DLP Vats.
Yes. All combinations of model or support resins which are caught in the waste reservoir of your PolyJet printer can be placed in the W7500 and full curing will be achieved. The W7500 is also ideal for printing expired resins.
No. There is a built-in filtration system in the Vat, and the supplied Disposable Filler Filter catches larger pieces of debris.
The W7500 will print and cure the 7.5L Vat in approximately 6 hours.
After each use, spray the Vat comb with isopropyl alcohol and empty the Resin Catch into the Vat.
No. Curing additional waste resin on a partially printed Disposable Tube can cause damage to the machine.
The Vat and the Disposable Tube Bundle (Disposable Tubes, Light Shrouds, and Filler Filters) are all considered consumables and as such are not covered under the warranty or Total Care Maintenance Plan. Consumables can be ordered through GoEngineer.
