Material Description
ToughONE is a high-performance PolyJet material engineered to deliver enhanced toughness, impact resistance, and structural reliability while maintaining the exceptional surface finish and dimensional accuracy inherent to PolyJet technology. Designed to bridge the gap between visual models and mechanically functional parts, it supports rigorous form-fit testing and repeated handling without compromising detail resolution. Available in pure and reinforced configurations, this material enables engineers to fine-tune stiffness and durability for demanding prototyping applications across product development, manufacturing, and industrial design workflows.
ToughONE is well suited for housings, enclosures, snap-fit components, and living hinges, as well as functional prototypes that must endure assembly testing, mechanical stress, and repeated use.
