I'm A Proto3000 Customer, What does this Mean for Me?
GoEngineer will honor all annual Stratasys support/maintenance agreements previously placed and paid for with Proto3000. GoEngineer will become your complete support provider, and with a technical support staff of 105 people across North America, they will continue to provide the highest level of technical and application support.
GoEngineer offers a toll-free technical support hotline for additive manufacturing available from 9:00 a.m. – 8:00 p.m. Eastern Standard Time 1-855-470-0647.
In addition, GoEngineer operates 42 training/support centers for use by your remote employees, contractors, partners, or other divisions of your company.
Orders for materials, consumables, and other Stratasys or MakerBot-related products will now be processed directly with the GoEngineer customer service team. Their contact information can be found below:
